We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Project Manager to oversee and execute high-impact political projects.

Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of campaign and petition projects, managing teams of circulators/canvassers, and ensuring deliverables are met with accuracy and on schedule. This position requires someone with strong political instincts, organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the management of petitions, canvassing, and field programs from launch through completion.

Supervise and train circulators, canvassers, and team leads.

Track daily/weekly progress against project benchmarks and goals.

Implement compliance, fraud prevention, and auditing procedures.

Coordinate project logistics.

Maintain clear communication with senior leadership, clients, and partners.

Troubleshoot challenges quickly and keep projects moving forward.
Required Experience
-
Political experience is a must – including running field programs, canvassing programs, or large-scale voter contact operations.

Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and high-volume projects.

Strong knowledge of grassroots organizing, voter contact, and ballot access processes.

Experience working with CRM systems, voter data tools, or project management software.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to travel as needed across Michigan and occasionally nationwide.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with recount operations and procedures.

Background managing canvassing programs, volunteer teams, or voter outreach campaigns.

Experience with compliance, election law, or ballot initiative campaigns.

Background in data analysis, fraud auditing, or quality control.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accountability.
