Meghan Reckling
Founder + CEO
Meghan Reckling brings more than 25 years of experience in government, public policy, political leadership and field operations. A former Michigan Senate Chief of Staff, she founded Victory Field Operations to deliver disciplined, accountable field execution. Today, she leads VFO’s national growth, strategic partnerships and expansion into corporate community intelligence, energy and infrastructure engagement.

Mark Reckling
VP of Fraud & AuditingDirector of Corporate Security
Mark Reckling brings 25 years of public safety experience, including 21 years as a sworn law enforcement officer and service as a Sergeant. An experienced investigator and Medal of Valor recipient, he leads VFO’s fraud detection, auditing, internal security and field personnel safety functions, helping protect the integrity of client programs and the company’s operational standards.

Luke Derheim
Director of Operations
Luke Derheim leads VFO’s field operations, national deployment and operational execution. He oversees the coordination of field teams, resources, project timelines and performance standards, helping translate client objectives into organized, accountable field programs. His role is central to VFO’s ability to mobilize and scale operations across multiple markets.

Anne DeLisle
Director of Business Development
Anne DeLisle brings experience in federal and state government, organizational leadership, grassroots operations and strategic relationship development. Her background includes service in the U.S. Senate and Michigan House, along with leading complex organizations and major events. At VFO, she develops strategic partnerships, connects client needs with VFO’s capabilities and supports long-term business growth.

Leah Riker
Director of Human Resources
Leah Riker brings nearly two decades of experience in legal services, corporate compliance, people management and organizational operations. Previously, she supported legal and compliance functions for a national organization operating approximately 1,100 locations across more than 40 states. At VFO, she leads workforce development, recruiting infrastructure and the people systems supporting national field deployment and organizational growth.
